Once your order has been completed with us

You will receive an email with your invoice..

Showing you what you have ordered and our payment terms.

We will use the email address you used to set-up your membership.

 

Our payment terms are

Once you have received your invoice.. You will have 5 days to pay or your order will be cancelled.

To keep the cost down on our products we use the

Halifax Bank

(Our Branch High Street Maldon Essex)

You Can pay over the counter at any branch

OR

Pay by On-Line Banking.

We will give you our Sort code and Account number on your invoice that we will email you.

Posting Your Order

All orders will take 2/3 working days.

Once your order has been package up.

All orders will have to be signed for and we use Royal Mail.

Plus all order will have a tracking number.

Once your order has been sent

we will inform you by your membership email .

 

Refund

If you are NOT happy with Club Tobacco.

We will refund your money
